Unclaimed packages
If an order is not picked up at the pick-up point within the indicated period or is refused at the door and is therefore returned to us, we will deduct £13 from the purchase amount upon refund.

The return process
Send us an email at info@susankate-dresses.com indicating that you want to return your order or part of it.
Wait for a response from our customer service to see if we can accept the return. We will also send you the return form.
If we can accept your return, please proceed as follows: Pack the product to be returned neatly and safely, preferably in the original packaging.
Send the package to the return address of our customer service.
Send the track & trace code to our customer service.
As soon as your package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the order amount of the returned products via the payment method used within 30 days.

Changed your mind?
If you want to return an item due to a change of mind or a mistake when ordering, then you are responsible for the actual cost of returning the product.
We strongly recommend checking your order carefully before completing it, to ensure that you are satisfied with your choices and avoid surprises upon receipt of your order.

Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of your items. However, you always have the option to return your items within 30 days after receipt and then place a new order.

Damaged?
Did you receive a damaged product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 30 days to: info@susankate-dresses.com and we will make sure you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days after receiving the email.
We apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we take full responsibility for the return shipping costs.

Received the wrong order?
Did you receive the wrong product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 30 days to: info@susankate-dresses.com and we will make sure you receive the correct order free of charge within 7 days after receiving the email.

Order never received?
Did you never receive the product? Send us an email with your order number to: info@susankate-dresses.com and we will make sure your order is resent free of charge within 7 days after receiving the email.

Receiving your refund
Your purchase amount will in most cases be transferred back to you within 30 days after the last contact and agreement between Susan Kate Dresses and the customer.
The refund will be transferred back to the account used for the payment.
